Terms and Conditions

By booking the apartment you are accepting the following
terms and conditions.

Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price is required when booking the apartment with the balance to be paid six weeks before departure.

A £200 key deposit / inventory is fully refundable at the end of the stay subject to the apartment being left in satisfactory condition.

Insurance

At the time of booking it is recommended that you take out adequate travel / cancellation insurance to insure that you are covered for reimbursement should you have to cancel. It is also advised that you insure against personal injury.

Flights

Flights are not included in the price.

Utilities

Electricity, Water and air conditioning are included in the price.

Cleaning

Cleaning will be carried out prior to your arrival and extra linen is provided. Beach towels are not included in the price and it is up to the clients to make sure that the apartment is in a satisfactory condition.

Breakages

All breakages will be covered by the key deposit / inventory and any excess of this amount must be paid for by the clients.

There is strictly no smoking within the apartment
